“Not only is the food really good but the service was exceptional. We’re new to the area and have been trying multiple pizza shops and this is the best we’ve had. Our waitress was very attentive and polite even though were a large family with 2 crazy toddlers. And to top it off, it was my sons birthday and my toddler told our waitress and when it came time to pay we were surprised and told our bill was already taken cared of. So light, healthy, and fresh, everything tasted homemade and fluffy but also crisp and natural, left a great taste in the mouth and a weightlessly bouncy belly, the tea was exquisitely spiced with exiting exotic flavors, wish more foods had character like this while being friendly to the diet! The pictures are of the Ethiopian breakfast and California croissant, we also had some decadent yet light baklava and sambusa to-go as well! The drinks were an Ethiopian iced tea which was full of life and flavor without being sugary and a hot chai latte which was comfortingly sweet and spicy. It was a quiet cafe-ambience atmosphere with gorgeous lighting and cool location, perfect for brunch! The staff were all so nice and came to check in on us and inspire us with insight in their beautiful culture! We will be coming back 😋”

This is an unassuming, hole in the wall, that gives some nostalgia to the mall Sarku Japan days in high and middle school in NJ. This place is one of those finds that I like where you get inexpensive and good food for a great experience. I Love Teriyaki looks like it has been there since the olden days of LA metro. The vibe you get is one of those classic spots and the food delivers more than as well. The flavor of the teriyaki sauce is a perfect blend of savory and umami and reminds me of a far better Sarku Japan / chicken teriyaki dish. If you are looking for a homemade taste but quality chicken teriyaki with sauce...look no further. In addition, the sauce in the salad just further blends together with the chicken teriyaki and teriyaki sauce in the rice! Be prepared to be extremely full if you plan to finish this dish in one sitting. BONUS POINTS in taking a stroll after this delicious meal! In walking around town, it gives off a kind of old Western vibe (coming from someone who lived and explored Dallas-Fort Worth metro (DFW) a good amount), almost cowboy-like but you are in California so that does not make sense...this part of El Segundo must have kept its history and gives you such a different feeling than the newer, bougie, fun, and other areas in LA metro. Definitely check out this part of Main St. if you are looking for something different in LA metro.”

The ambiance is really good with low light and warm colors. Music was not too loud. Ordered the Mexican street tacos ($21) to dine in and a to-go order of pork chilli Verde, rice and beans ($22). The tacos had a decent amount of pork, onions and cilantro. The double corn tortillas were excellent. Rice and beans were spot on. It came with a delicious roasted huge jalapeno pepper which I would take bites of with the taco. Will be back. Atmosphere was great but got seated next to kitchen entrance so is why I dropped a few points for.”

We parked in a big lot with construction, across the street (behind the shopping center). 🛑BEWARE that parking can really be a nightmare at that location‼️ Food was great, as always. This newer Campisi’s is 100° different in the original location on Mockingbird. This is a small, bright, open restaurant with a lovely covered patio. It has super comfortable chairs at the small dining tables. It has more of a hip vibe to it. Clearly, this location would appeal more to a younger generation. Although, the outdoor patio is lovely for young and old.💖”
