“This is a place founded en 1608 by the Franciscans, in honor of San Diego of Alcalá (Spain). Guess the awesome experience to find yourself in the middle of nowhere ministering the native pueblos! For 400 years the Franciscans have been there without intermission, the witnesses of people set aside from the main class of immigrants, who had the power and the possibilities. The pueblos lives with the scarce means that a hard weather and a tough earth could give. You will admire the beautiful church with its five bells and nice old paintings. The chiefs of the pueblo are kind and affordable. This people do not live from the casinos like those in Laguna. Nevertheless they are a joyful pueblo and have memorable handcrafts.”

“So far so good.. chips&salsa are great! I ordered the chili Colorado with no rice and with corn tortillas. 1. The portion was great. 2. The red sauce was fantastic! The beef was nice and easy to cut with a fork and not chewy. Definitely 5 for me. Will definitely repeat once I've made my local rounds and reviewed all the local Mexican restaurants.
