“I LOVE MY CHURCH!!! Moved closer to Fruitland Park and needed to find a new church. Pastor Jerry and his wife Lori are so welcoming, loving, and feel like family! I have NEVER been to a church that EVERYONE was so friendly, welcoming, and loving to new people. Me and my family have been attending for several months now and even became members. Pastor Jerry is an awesome preacher! For me, over the course of my church life, i have always struggled with understanding the bible or the Pastors message. But here, Pastor Jerry delivers a great message every time, i understand it, and I feel so good when I leave. My whole family does! Everyone is just so down to earth and friendly. FYI, if you are ever in need of a hug, Lori, Terry, and Lynne give those out freely!! Plus, Connection Point has a school too, pre-k thru 12th grade called Freedom Christian Academy and is located in the church. The Principal, Mr. Allen is so awesome! He has his staff are so good with the kids, keep them safe, provide good education as well as having a faith-based component to it, which is so important! My son, who is 15 and on the spectrum, loves this school! Mr. Allen greets the kids in the morning and sends them off in the afternoon with a high five! So, I am so blessed that I listened to God and attended. For me and my family, there is no other church for us. We're home, and we would love to expand our family! If you are looking for a new church home, come on in and join the family! ❤️”

“Bartram is a lovely Garden with a trail located along the St. John's river. You will learn about William Bartram who was a scholar and traveler and see it through his eyes. The garden and trail are well marked with signage telling you about Mr. Bartram and the plant material. The trail is flat, quick and very easy. Pets are allowed on a leash. There is a area for fishing along the pier and shore. You can even launch your canoe or kayak. Parking is easy. The views are beautiful especially from the overlook. There are no fees and it's open from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset. Park is located by the Sandra Stetson Aquatic Center.”
