The truck was ready on time, the pads were there and everything went smooth. The truck had seen better days, but that wasn't the agency's fault that was Budgets fault. This location was perfect for my needs and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The drop off agent was also helpful and polite. All in all, way cheaper than U-Haul and a good experience, use Budget not U-Haul for your one way moves!!! Thanks Mr. Don!!”

“Tis the season… last week I stopped at a Chrysler dealer because my passenger seat back fell back and it would not move upward. The electronic devise was broke. I was told they would not work on my van because it is eleven years old and they don’t work on anything older than 10 years. My husband is a recent leg amputee and he can only fit in the front passenger seat. While heading home I noticed your company. I pulled in and in desperation I walked into your office and explained the situation. One of your office staff went out to look and in a couple of minutes, he removed the faulty part and told us he could order the part. Fast forward a week and they received the part and replaced it.
