I have eaten at a few Ichi restaurants throughout Vancouver and this one is definitely my favorite! I ordered the Teriyaki plate and also Korean Fried Chicken and both were so juicy and flavorful and the portions were ginormous! Staff greeted me when I walked in and felt very welcome 😊 after eating my lunch had to write a review bc it’s that good! This will be my go to for Ridgefield and am looking forward to trying more things off the menu.”

This is absolutely not "Mexican restaurant" food or quality(lack thereof), this is the real deal. Although the salsa and shredded chicken(both very good) could've been better, everything else was incredible, and I had a number of items. The ChoriQueso was still simmering in the "crock" when brought to the table... Shown in the picture along with various tacos. So fresh and delicious, as was most everything! In summary, nowhere else, in a smallish town like this, is even worth considering. I almost never give 5 stars... I'd give 4.75, if I could, but that's not an option.”

However the southwest bowl was definitely a bit bland, I had to add salt and ask for a sauce mix that wasn’t already prepared for the bowl. As for the rice underneath, too many beans no enough corn and there was no sauce which is odd for a rice bowl. But my steak was cooked perfectly!! I asked for medium rare and that’s what I got!. “One of my favourite date night is four dollar sign omakase. But obviously that’s not realistic on a frequent basis. When I’m craving for one of those date nights but don’t want to spend four dollar signs, we go to Sushi Tomi!! We always know that we’ll be happy because that’s what Sushi Tomi is - reliable! We always ONLY get their nigiris (from their a-la-carte nigiri menu, not the sets) and we sometimes think that the freshness of their fish rival other high end sushi restaurants. IMO this is the best way to eat here - only get their nigiri’s and try your best to order from their handwritten special fish menu. They probably make less money from fresh nigiri than a cooked bento box so that’s why I think it’s a better bang for your buck!! Their scallops and tuna are very good - the baseline for a good sushi spot ;) Uni can vary sometimes but still very good for a day to day spot. We also love the Eel Roll!!!! We get it each time and I always alternate between the nigiri’s and the eel roll for the perfect bites! We’ve never tried their omakase as I enjoy selecting my preferred nigiris instead at a place like this. Before going, set your expectations and know that it will usually be at least a 30 minute wait for weekend dinners. Though annoying, I think it’s a testament that I’m not the only one that think this is a great place! There is no online waitlist, you must be physically present to put your name down. I find that the wait here is shorter than the Mountain View location and the atmosphere is more comfortable as it’s more spacious and quiet. While I love the nigiri’s, a growth area for them is their service. They can be slow at times with getting items (such as chopsticks or refilling tea) but it doesn’t stop us from thinking that’s it’s one of our favourite spots!”

“My wife and I booked Napule restaurant for our wedding reception dinner, we had over 50 guests. Alessandro the owner of the establishment was in contact with us om working on the menu items and entrees for all the guests. The communication the eye for detail and the restaurant atmosphere. Was 100/10. The staff was incredible on getting appetizers and all the food out in time and correct. Every single one of our guests were pleased. It was fantastic. If you find yourself looking for a nice and upper class restaurant for a simple dinner or an event/party. I highly recommend Napule, as their services are on point. They do have valet parking, but it can get quite busy at times. They use the cooperhagen import parking lot as an overflow lot, so you could just park there. Again Alessandro and his team were great at hosting our special wedding day dinner.”
