“My husband and I stopped in the other day. The food was good however I do have a few critiques. I got the grilled chicken salad which was very fresh and a decent size. The chicken was on the bland side for me and it didn’t seem to be grilled at all which I was looking forward to. My husband got the Jambalaya he loved it! I however felt like it was lacking slightly in seasoning and spiciness. We got the Brussels sprouts & fried pickles to share they were good. Last we got 5 chicken wings each to try I got plain and my husband got hot they were very good. And this may not be important to too many people but their tap water was very good and the lemon wedges they gave me in my water was fresh and a nice big slice.The cook and waitresses were very nice and accommodating, over all it was a pleasant experience.”

“First off, it is a 5 🌟 food experience for sure. We tried just a portion of their items for selection and loved every one of them. From the bao buns to the fries and the shrimp, it was all on point. Just delicious offerings, and I can't wait to try others. I would say that the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars all around is that it is exactly as the its named, The Takeout Box. This place is made for quick service. Not a lot of seating, and your interaction with the staff is super quick. No complaints from our end. Totally recommend. Will absolutely be back. “I want to preface this by saying I love dive bars. I am a feen for a good, smoky dive bar! This place is perfect for that!! We recently went on a Friday night and had a fun time! They had live music playing which is always a plus. I personally don’t smoke, but this bar does allow smoking inside. The bar staff was super friendly and very attentive!! They were great! We didn’t eat any food, just drank for the time we were there. The drinks were not light in alcohol which is a plus for me! There were darts and pool available for play. We had a super fun time here and I can’t wait to go back!! Nothing better than a good, country dive bar!!”

“Been to Red Lobster many times, went last night with my mother and sister. Probably the best experience I've had at any red lobster! The meal I got(sesame soy salmon bowl) was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the glaze on top was balanced just right on the sweet and savory ratio, the Brussel sprouts were tender in the center and crispy on the outside which I LOVE. Not only was the food good but our waitress? Wonderful. She had a great personality, made sure to check in on us, answered questions we had about menu items, provided excellent service all around!”

“Today was our first time eating here, and it won't be the last! Everything we ordered was wonderful. The calamari was tender and had the perfect amount of seasoning in the breading. The cheesy garlic bread was delicious. The pasta fagioli soup was very flavorful, and my daughter's Shrimp Alfredo had some of the largest, most delicious looking shrimp I've seen. My husband and son enjoyed their barbecue chicken pizza, and I liked the lobster ravioli as well. For dessert, the Boston Eclair was large enough to feed three, and the chocolate shell cannoli was so tasty. Our server was very friendly and it was a nice, relaxed atmosphere with candles at all the tables. We are so glad we discovered this place and will definitely be back!”

“Came here for lunch at around 1pm and there was no wait for a seat so that was great. We ordered the House Special Fried Noodle w/ Fried Boiled Pork Knife Cut Style (15.50), Wife Special Noodle (15.50), Special Beef Noodle Soup spicy (16.99), and Green Onion Pancake (7.99). As our first time here, we ordered quite a lot for only 3 people after seeing how delicious they looked in the menu. The food was served one after another in about 20 minutes. The beef noodles was served last. All the dishes were good but my favorite was the knife cut noodles and the wife noodles. The knife cut noodles had a unique flavor but did get a bit greasy as it sat there longer while we ate the other dishes. The wife noodles tasted more like tomatoes but it was pretty good. All the noodles had good texture and were flavorful but not salty. The beef noodles tasted just average for being the most expensive dish. Note that it said it is spicy but it wasn't spicy at all. As for the green onion pancake, it was crispy and authentic tasting. The portions for all of them were all reasonable for the price. They were quite generous with the amount of meat for the dishes. I did not really like the texture of the beef in the noodle soup though. Also lots of noodles! We had leftovers to take home at the end even though we tried to eat as much as we could. This noodle place overall feels authentic and homey. The service is great and I believe it is family run. I can see how they have been opened for so long. I would definitely come back again for lunch or takeout! Support small businesses!”

In mid-2023, there are many affordable POS system options for small business and many of us don’t carry cash in a post COVID world.
