“I was really nervous to come here after reading the two previous 1 star reviews but I am so glad I decided to go. I have had one session so far and I would be happy to provide an update once I have finished my treatments. Not once did she take out her phone, she spent the entire session sharing her knowledge with me and answering my millions of questions. - I even asked her how this technique differed from traditional lymphatic drainage massages and why this technique was so important for recovery. She didn’t skip a beat giving me all the details and sharing her 20+ years of experience with me. After my first session I felt like a new person, to be honest I never really understood lymphatic drainage massages, just thought they were a new diet culture fad but I’m definitely a believer now, my swelling had noticeably reduced and I felt so much better! “I went to Paulak for a calf and neck issues. He was able to identify more issues that I wasn't fully aware of. Soft tissue massage: it was the first time I did this type of massage. He identified that I had a big knot in my shoulder which decreased my range of motion in my right shoulder. The massage got rid of the knot and the range of motion in my right shoulder was back to normal. Fitness: He provided a workout plan afterwards to help strengthen and stretch out my neck and shoulder. He had me do these workouts in front of him so that I did them right. He provided pointers and areas of emphasis to help ensure I did these exercises right. Nutrition: he provided some insight and recommendations on what supplements to take to deal with muscle soreness especially soreness from the soft tissue massage. Overall: he was really nice and patient with me and was very attentive and detailed with all of my questions. I felt like he answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Paulak. He was very observant and was able to pick out any issues I had. His knowledge and fitness plan was very tailored to my needs and weaknesses”

“I had such a great experience here recently. I am a broke musician so I always put off going to the dentist as long as possible. I was expecting to have to pay about $200 for a general check up. Dr. Roxas offered to do just the basic check-up for about half the price. Then, if he saw anything worrisome, we could spring for the x-rays and the more comprehensive check-up. I thought my teeth were probably fine, so I really appreciated this option. But then he went even further. He took pictures of all my teeth during the exam, and walked me through each individual tooth, pointing out all the positive and negative things he saw. I had a couple of cavities, but he told me they were so small that addressing them would probably hurt more than it helped. Nobody has ever taken the time to empower me with knowledge about the state of my teeth before. It could really help me going forward. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and accommodated. I'll definitely be coming back. Leaving a 5-Star review is the least I can do.”

“The Shade was a very beautiful and relaxing hotel. The service at the hotel was extremely friendly(aside for the restaurant "sea level", see my reviews statement for that restaurante! All in all the I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, maybe try out a different location. The best and my most favorite enjoyable moments was in the tub, that was located on our private balcony. The tub is outside people!!! Yeaaasssssss What a great set-up. See pictures I have provided. “I never thought I had enough discipline for at-home workouts, but when the pandemic hit and we were all ordered to stay home, fitness options were limited. At first, I tried free workouts via youtube or instagram, but there were no opportunities for personal coaching or accountability. Hence it was too easy for me to not do it. Fortunately, Coach Timmie from Hybrid House immediately organized consistent at-home workouts via Brannd Performance. And with some gentle prodding from fellow members, I took my first livestream fitness class in mid-April and haven’t looked back. There’s a few things that I really like and appreciate about Brannd Performance’s livestream fitness classes: - 3 livestream classes per week that are consistently scheduled, - You can unmute and ask Coach Timmie questions during the workout, - Fitness programming from a fitness professional with a focus on full-body functional workouts. Conversely, free workouts usually focus on just glamour muscles. - Who actually owns fitness equipment? Coach Timmie uses household items as weights. For the first few months, I used 2 containers of Drano for hand weights (until I had a sink to unclog). - Classes are 1 hour. Starts and ends on-time, and in between the workout will kick your ash. I burn between 600-800 calories per workout... from home!! - After working out since I’m already at home, take a quick shower, and get on with my day. Super convenient! I highly recommend Brannd Performance!”
