There is an amphitheater for concerts, a playground and a nice path that leads to a wide sandy 'beach' were O'Bannon Creek meets the Little Miami River. From the park it's a short walk to downtown Loveland. And the best shaved ice is right across the street.”

“This is a mobile home community, its very quiet for the most part, there are some neighbors that like to listen to their music loudly but not all the time and not excessively loud, the trailors are in need of some work and paint but nothing major, I feel that this is a good place to live especially for folks on a tight budget, the owner, property manager and maintenance are all wonderful people. The only real issue is with noticing the location, it is hard to see and many people often miss it due to lack of signage.”

A Fantastic Place to drive a long with his golf cart. The other people that have campers in Paradise Arces Campground are always friendly. And the dogs are friendly also. They have lots of entertainment there at the campgrounds, party's and live bands. Always look forward to visiting future family at Paradise Acres Campground.”

“Love this park! I grew up in the subdivision that it is in and it's filled with memories. Now I take my kids there and they love it. “Great trail to bring pets on as well as bikes. The trail isn't paved but it's almost a sand rock. Only downfall is if there is rain, part of the trail (if you take a side leg) can be flooded but it drains fairly quickly. Also a nice spot to relax by the water on those hotter days.”

“I loved this park, it connects to a nearby park which makes for a vast spacious experience when going along these paved paths. Its 25 degrees and I've still seen at least 30 different people and dogs among the earth here There's room for everyone and its a must see if you like tranquil places.
