“I'm not a fan of hiking but Hillman has a Wetland Trail which is easy to walk and passes several nice ponds (see one pond in attached picture). If hiking's your thing, there's 18 other trails running a total of 34 miles. The other feature of the park is for a specific hobby of radio-controlled aircraft flying. Participants must meet strict rules to fly. Also check out the covered bridge at the park's Kramer Road end. “What better place to hike on a warm spring day! The snow drop flowers are blooming and the trillium will soon follow! The stream is crystal clear. The trails require some navigation through the mud, but isn’t that the fun part of hiking? There are trails ranging from easy to rigorous so that everyone can enjoy a walk in the park! The trees will bud soon, summer will follow, and Duff will look like a prehistoric forest with giant ferns. For bird watchers, Duff is an exciting place to carry your camera! Autumn will be an extraordinary display of colorful leaves, and winter will be a wonderland inside Duff’s canopy!”

“Clean park. Everything looked new. 3 slides they were a bit steep. Took my 2.5year old a bit of time to finally go down. I would say this park is for the older kids. But we would go back.”

“Went to walk the 5-star trail and ❤️ it! My only set back with the trail is the homeless who hangout there. I kept an eye on my 17-yo XC runner who ran 6 miles on the trail that day. Just disappointed with the riff-raff along the trail, otherwise I loved it for walking/ jogging distances.”

“I'm guessing it was the park that I drove passed? It's a small nice park but I have no interaction with them except for walking the track there.”

“Wow oh wow. What a find. Many of these daylilies are hand pollinated really not a bad walk around the property to look at them all. Plus there is a book available to show all the plants in full bloom so you can know what you're going to get when you get these wonderful bulbs. Highly recommended.”

“Nice state park with plenty of trails to explore. We had heard a lot about the covered bridge and took the lane 1 trail to the covered bridge. The trail took us 1 hour 45 minutes total but pretty easy and doable. The trail is bike/ car friendly and is completely paved. I wish there was more information regarding all the available trails. We are definitely coming back to explore other trails. I highly recommend checking out the covered bridge and walking across it. IG: journey_man16”

“Quaint small hidden away lake and picnic area. There is a boat launch, electric motors only. You and also rent boats, kayaks ext. There is a swimming beach with a concession stand and restrooms. The area has many picnic tables with grills. Nice place to go for the day. If you are a camper in the woods, there is a campground that is well maintained for tents as well as motorized homes.”

“Good park but don't just stop at the first playset. Over the hill and into the valley is a larger playground with equipment for a range or ages including toddler equipment, a splash pad, and a tall spaceship shaped playground set. A set of four toddler swings and 4 regular swings. Ball parks and walking trails.. beaches and picnic tables. The place gets pretty busy in the summer so be sure to reserve pavilions early if you are planning am event.”

“This is only the third time I've ever been to a skatepark and this is only the third skate park I've ever been to but I would say it's about a four saying that the skate park canalwood city is about at 2:00 and the skate park that I went to in Columbus Ohio Dodge skatepark is very historic but I don't so say it's about a 4.5 so this is a pretty good skate park in Butler even though there's no bowl. It's an East Coast skatepark it's not just like 3 acres of concrete like I see in Arizona and Oregon and California. But it's not completely a DIY skate park either there are some diy things that I think there's a DIY ramp somebody must have just brought there and put it right up against one of the quarter pipes anyway I don't even skate I write a BMX and it's not a specifically a park BMX either it's a 22 in BMX for trails and jumps but this is a cool little Park here and I think I'll come back”

“June 4th, 2022 spring city community day again. Advertised as 12pm-4pm. We showed up at 2:45 & a majority of the vendors had left already. It was even worse than 2020 & 2021. It keeps going down hill. The food vendors were gone already, too. Very disappointing. 3rd times a charm, we probably won't be back next year. June 5th, 2021 spring city community day. I think because last year with Covid, this year isn't back in full swing yet. Hopefully next year there will be more. Severely lacking food vendors. Lots of vendors were giving away free stuff to the kids though, which was super cool. We paid to do some sand art! That was great. Several raffles to enter. Petting zoo & pony rides were cool! Live music was great! We would have stayed longer but the heat got to us.”

“This is a great trail to walk 🚶♀️run 🏃🏾♀️or bike 🚲 located in Bucks County Pennsylvania. It’s also adjacent to the sprawling Falls Township park. It’s bright and sunny ☀️ as well as shady with the summer tree 🌳 cover. You will see and hear the birds 🦅 , turtles 🐢 and more. It’s a beautiful place for a morning or afternoon stroll or run.”

“Nice campground with friendly workers that were so nice to help us out with a spot for the night while we were having truck problems. They were nice and waited for us to arrive later in the evening. Thank you for being so kind! They set us up with an easy pull through site. There are some nice nature trails there but we didnt have much time to check them out. I cant really say too much about the campground because we were only there one night. Thank you for a nice place to stay during a stressful situation!!”

“Wonderful little park extremely handicap friendly. Wheelchairs and other challenging handicaps will feel very comfortable here. You can tell they really upkeep the park as they are constantly replacing mult and watering the flowers. The jungle gyms and swings are all very clean and freshly painted. The pool is extremely clean with lots of awesome features. Definitely worth a visit here. The skate park is super cool as well. ADA friendly. Absolutely no smoking. Park hours are pictured.”

“I’ve been full-timing in an RV for the last three months (out of New York originally). I came to this area because my daughter was moving into Pittsburgh University and this was the closest place I could find since I was here to help her out and settle her in. Originally I spoke to Gary who was incredible. He was so nice and informative and I went with it right away and booked it because of his customer service. When I came here, I was fortunate enough to meet Gary and he actually help me find my site and help me back in, etc. It was just a really nice experience with him. As far as the actual park, again, I haven’t full-time for a long time but I can say this is the absolute quietest, cleanest, and well-maintained RV park I have been to. They have a laundromat and sell wood and ice as a convenience. As I write this review I am sitting outside around dinner time, and all I hear is crickets. Although there are many RVs here, it is so quiet that it’s mine boggling. I highly recommend this RV park. Very nice park with very nice employees/owners.”

“Very nice lay of land here. I wasn't really here to play in a park or whatever is here. I came here to explore the land, wildlife, and what is growing and crawling around our here. I have been exploring many plots of land in my free time lately. Just happen to come across this the other day a few hours before I had to be at work. I have found a lot of different things out about the land around here lately and this was a very nice particular spot for my hobbies and research. I didn't get to explore all the woods yet but I am planning on coming back, will give a full update and pictures of everything found when I am done. But like I said I will be back here in a couple days with some more time on my hands. So I hope these woods are ready for me and my machete lol very highly recommend if you like exploring the woodlands.”
