“The stay here was pleasant. I had a non-smoking double room. The room smelled clean and was a comfortable temperature. The beds were very comfortable and if I could I would have Purchased the pillows they used. The only issues I had was the stopper for the bathtub leaked by so i was unable to relax in a hot bath. Also, the coffee pot did not function. I would stay here again. The above issues were received by the staff and seemed liked they would be fixed for the next person.”

“This house is very nice. Very clean, decorated well and everything in new or very recently purchased. There is plenty of space with two different living areas making it great for kids. The only draw back is it is not ocean front, but you know that going in. Will be staying here again.”

“We didn't stay here but got to enjoy their pool because we stayed at a sister resort.... Ocean Keys... and their pool was not available. We called in the morning to make reservations and came in the afternoon. The pool area was lovely and apparently newly remodeled. Everything was very nice. The process was easy and area very clean. I loved their priority on safety and that only a few people were allowed in the pool area at a time. It was a very nice experience for us and the kids and we were thankful for the way they made the pool available safely. A great addition to our little get away during such crazy times.”

“Loved this stay. Room was very nice and clean. Carpet in room looked new. No smells at all. AC was on point very good. Good bit to choose from for breakfast. Happy with my stay. 4 pillows on each bed. Sink is outside of bathroom so more room in bathroom. Only reason not a 5 ? because a spot on the ceiling was falling apart. Other than that it was a good stay. 2nd stay. Miss Tracey very nice and due to covid19 and marked being closed. I drive a truck and didn't stop and eat before shutting down. Miss Tracey found a little snack for me. 6/28/20. This room very nice clean and no smells.”

“Absolutely beautiful all the way around. I love how the all the flowerbeds are designed with space to walk through tall flowers. Lovely cottage garden look. The native tree trail was also stunning. Had a very furn-gully feel to it. You can really tell so much love goes into the upkeep of this place but they don't focus on making it all look commercial. It's all get a very natural old world style feel to it. I'm only posting a few pictures because they really don't do the place justice.”

He helped us get the car and chatted about his upcoming trip to Punta Cana ( very cool ) . Never felt like a dealership, just a guy showing us some cars . Ended up getting a really great deal on a truck . Go see Matt and you won’t regret it. Thank you Matt !!! You Rock !!!”

“The room was very nice and spacious. However no sheets or blankets were provided for the pullout sofa bed. We went to the front desk asked, they said they would bring them up. Never did. We called, still no one brought them up. The elevator was extremely slow. We ended up using the stairs most of the time even though we were on the 8th floor. The hotel itself was nice but service and such could use some work.”

“Great: the location is brand new so the grounds and the lobby is beautiful. Rooms are also upscale, comfortable, and modern. Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. Price also very responsible. Good: parking was on for the most part except during the weekend when the hotel was extremely busy. Bad: the only bad thing was that I could tell that the builders rushed during their building process and simple things were half done or not done well. Overall the hotel was in wonderful location and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Very nice place, easy access on and off highway. Multiple times trying to contact MWR over the phone. No one was there most times. We were the only ones there. We actually stayed there without having paid because there was no one around to check in with. When we left Monday morning we were finally able to get through again and paid for our site over the phone.”

They were quick to offer us a choice to change to another room. But we decided to stay in the room we had. I would recommend anyone qualified to stay in this Navel lodge to do so.”

“My stay at Motel 6, Chula Vista, CA, was absolutely great!! The room was very clean and quiet. I was upgraded to one of their suites, which was awesome, very spacious and very comfortable. I totally enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the near future. One of the staff, Don, was very helpful and very professional. Don truly knows the meaning of "excellent customer service", and is truly, one of the reasons, I will definitely be back, in the future. This Motel 6 is located near a lot of well known restaurants. When I stay at a hotel, the two things I look for are cleanliness and quietness, this one had both!! I will choose this location, again, in the near future. The staff treated everyone like a "VIP"!! Also with this pandemic, the staff's main concern guest safety, not profit. They only rent every other room and very aware of guest staying 6 ft apart. I'm sure they lost a lot of money in doing so, but I appreciate them very much.”
