“After trying multiple chiropractors in Northeast Ohio, I came to the conclusion that chiropractic care either didn’t work or most of the providers were only in it for the money. Constant need for annual x-rays when there was no injury, indoctrination videos and classes, recommendations for constant care, etc. My wife started at Coveny after another provider in Wooster insisted she get annual X-rays and weekly visits. She was so sick of being badgered to spend more money every visit so she looked elsewhere. After the first visit to Dr Rachel, she came home and said “this place is different”. “I called about a foot-immobilizing device of some kind until I could see a doctor for a torn calf muscle. The lady I spoke to was incredibly friendly and honest that she couldn’t sell me one of the boots without a prescription, but I did end up going in to see what their ankle supports (to keep my foot still) were like. They had a small selection with some variety, though not a whole lot. However, she did end up offering me some crutches either to rent or buy, because the ankle supports were not going to do what I needed them to do and because she didn’t want me to drop $60+ on one. The $35 crutches were way worth it, and I’m glad she offered them to me and helped me with getting them set to my height and ensuring I knew how to walk on them before I left the store. I appreciated her going out of her way to look out for me and what would best help me at this time.”
