“Very beautiful hotel, the rooms are beautifully lit always clean and cozy. The best part it is less then .5 miles from Norfolk Premium Outlets, you can literally walk there. There are plenty of dine in as well as carryout locations within walking distance as well. Please note there are two hotels in this one building. Quality Inn is set up like an apartment with a living room refrigerator and microwave. The room has a door on it as if you have other guest staying with you there is plenty of privacy. The other hotel in the building is Sleep Inn this one is just as nice but you don't have the apartment style set up.”

“Great family experience!! We checked into a cabin on Friday @ 4PM and left the following Monday around 1030AM and all around everyone with us had the best time. My husband, myself, our 3 year old, 17 year old, and my parents all came for the trip and did not leave disappointed. The cabin slept 8 and was very comfortable. The only suggestion with the cabin is more trash bags and a broom. We did a guided tour during a Hiking/crafting activity scheduled and really enjoyed the knowledge Denise had. The pool was great with the basketball hoops and swim up bar. You couldnt keep us off the adult water slides and the kiddie pool was perfect for our 3 year old. Shopped way to much at the general store but it was super convenient. Did not eat at the restaurant on property. Grilled at our cabin or went to local restaurants. Being able to rent a golf cart for a great price was also a great feature. We understand that the campgrounds are still under construction and look forward to visiting next year. I do wish there was a gym. I am an avid runner so I enjoyed early mornings around the site, the weather was perfect for it.”

“Clean and quiet. Beds were more firm than I like but were pretty comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave in the room worked well. Good water pressure in the shower. The room was a little small, so not about an extended stay. But we stopped here for the night on the way to the Oz Museum and it was perfect!”

“I'm pretty shocked it said this was a 2 star hotel. I stayed in it and the double bed had a couch and kitchen area. Even an office desk in the room. It was a nice size and pretty clean. Front desk lady was a sweetheart. The hotel is conveniently located near the base, a barbershop and Dominican hair salon, and all of the food places you could ask for. Can't beat the price either. The bedding and comforter made my sleep heavenly, felt great after a two day trip from half way across the U.S. Only thing I was unsure of was if they allow pets and babies. Or if they do weekly deals. Enjoyed my stay here overall.”

“We stayed here at the end of March for a spring break getaway. The outside of the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Olin, welcomed us and was extremely friendly and helped us check in. The hotel had hand sanitizers in numerous locations. The pool area was very large and clean. They did not have a clock or restroom in the pool area you did have to go down the hall. They had a basketball hoop outside as well as a large fire pit and chairs. The continental breakfast was excellent. The lady was extremely friendly and made you feel at home. They had hot foods as well as those to just grab and go. The inside of the hotel was very clean well-maintained cozy they had fireplaces in the main area. We had a one bedroom studio which was very nice and clean. Location wise it was perfect! Restaurants, shopping etc all close by. We definitely plan to go back!”

“We just checked out of this hotel today and we're very pleased with our entire stay! Our room was very clean and the hotels location was central to everything. Virginia, the evening desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. The only negatives I can think of are the elevators are kinda slow and the day time desk clerks could use some lessons from the evening staff on friendliness. We will definitely be back!”
