“I stayed here full-time in my fifth wheel for two months while working in the area on a nearby job. Spots are level, water is clean, 20, 30 and 50a hookups at the pedestal. People are friendly, lake is beautiful and they keep the grass mowed. It’s quiet after 10 PM and you can get a good nights rest. Only 10 minutes away from chipotle and Walmart, 20 minutes away from Home Depot, Lowe’s, planet fitness, Texas, roadhouse, etc. I heard about some other people having issues, but management told me upfront keep the spot clean and keep the bill paid, my experience was awesome and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10”

“My daughter and myself have been here already 3 times and we love it extreme and the room is always very clean and cozy, I'm especially love about the amazing kindness and friendly personality of everyone who is working here. The gentleman at the front desk is also so kind and always trying to get a good price to make you happy. I just would like to say,,, please don't forget to give the house keepers a good tip and also the breakfast lady of course also the front desk, I was working as a hostess for a long time and o can honestly say that they don't get paid a lot, the say ,, well, they have to count on the tips, ,,, But let me tell you, many people don't know that and even a $5 .00 would be helpful for the crew, thank you and I am definitely coming back again 😂❤️👍☺️”

“This place is a hidden Gem! It’s beautiful, away from the town but close enough to do all that Idaho Springs offers. The cabins are nostalgic and very clean. Very comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We stayed in the Cardinal. So cute and comfortable! We will be back again many times!”

“This is a wonderful place to camp and lodge. They have two cabins, a larger one and a smaller one. The large one could easily sleep 15, while the small one, having more bunks, could sleep about 20. Both cabins have wood furnaces to heat them. There’s a shooting range for supervised shooting. There’s also a lake to have supervised swimming, canoeing, and you may also fish in the lake. There are a few good fishing spots along the shore, last time I stayed there, we caught 11 full size catfish.”

“From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The beautiful furnishings and the peaceful vibe was inviting. The room we chose, had a great view of Lake Erie and it had a massive attached bathroom with a very large walk in shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The Inn was quiet and peaceful. Even though our room was in the front of the house, near the main road that runs along the lake, the road noise was not too noticeable. We enjoyed some delicious homemade breads and a very hearty breakfast. The Barcelona Lakeside Bed and Breakfast, is located in a beautiful part of New York State. An area that we had not previously traveled, and we enjoyed it very much. The miles and miles of grapes and vineyards were amazing and the locally made wines were quite good. I highly recommend a visit to this beautiful location and a stay at this charming and lovely bed and breakfast. Inn keepers Russ and Lori go above and beyond to accommodate their guests and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.”

“The road starts off easy enough but gets rough fast. Having a 4x4 or a raised vehicle to continue will help. After the second fire restriction sign the road gets easier to pass. The campsite is spacious with a vault toilet. It's very quiet. Pack in-Pack out.”

“Jan Hepp-Stuck handled a sale for me that could not have been more difficult. I was selling a property in Colorado - I live in Massachusetts. We needed some big ticket items to get the house saleable - electrical panel, outlets, and sewer replacement. Getting the sewer replaced with resistance from the abutting owner took literally months. Jan was able to recommend contractors for some work, and advise on other issues. Her many years in the business in Brighton meant that she had a relationship with lawyers on both sides, the permit department at the City of Brighton, and most of the contractors. That was a big benefit for me, being out of state. Nothing could have made this sale easy or pleasant, but Jan made it possible.”

“I live in the area of this motel. Due to a house fire I was forced to stay in motels for a few months while locating a new home. This motel always looked kind of scary to me but as I was running out of options, per cost reasons, I decided to check this place out. Believe it or not, this was one of the best places for my money that I stayed during my house hunt. The room itself was actually really nice as well as probably the largest of all the rooms I was in. They offered a great weekly rate as well as the best pet rate of any motel/hotel I've ever stayed in. There were no bugs any where. The negatives were the sheets & blankets were old and stained but they were washed. The only microwave was at the office and no fridge was available at all. The owner Mr. Patel is great. He comes across as a little harsh but he's actually very nice and will try to accommodate good people that need help. Overall, I would give this motel an 8 out of 10. Don't judge a motel by its outer appearance. This is by far one of the best places within probably a 10+ mile radius and when you add in the nightly or weekly rate, you'll find nothing even remotely close to this place. Keep it up Mr. Patel!!! Get some new bedding and in room microwaves & I guarantee you'll get a lot more traffic through there.”

“The Arizona Grand was absolutely beautiful. It's definitely a little bit dated, but we got such a steal on a summer deal that I can't even complain. My husband and I took two nights there on a staycation. When we first walked into the room, it felt so breezy and light that I almost didn't want to leave the room. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but the sheets and the pillows were wonderful, silky smooth. The sitting room was perfect to watch TV and the table in there was great for dinner. I rolled my eyes at the prices on the mini bar, but I imagine they are all like that. It's a resort after all. The Grand makes it really easy to check in and out and there are plenty of amenities provided for free. Our room included four passes for the Oasis Water Park next door to our suite. They allow you to use all the resorts amenities on the day you check in before you even get your room, and after you check out for the rest of the day. Can't ask for much more than that. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone. But especially to Arizonans for a staycation. They do deals in the summertime and you won't regret it.”

“I stumbled onto this RV park when we were traveling for a wedding at the Preserve Venue in Canyon Lake. The RV park was initially not quite ready, but the Laird's reached out to me personally to let us know it would be ready for our dates. We were the first ones to break it in! The spots are shaded and for being 2 blocks of the main road, its very quiet. The park is close to restaurant's and the river for tubing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning for another stay.”
