“First of all, we had the best weather. It was beautiful. The campground is clean, everything works, it's friendly. We really enjoyed it. It was our third time there and I think this was the best time. I think there are a lot of seasonal sites which helps keep the noise down. We will definitely go back. “Wonderful memories were made! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room (Cottage Suite) was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hot tub in the balcony was amazing while relaxing to the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the shore. There's a kitchenette that includes necessary dishes and utensils. There's also a hot outdoor shower, perfect for using before and after using the hot tub. The location was perfect. It's only a short walk to the beach, pier, and boardwalk. Breakfast was freshly baked/cooked and was delicious! The entire staff was very warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be return customers in the future. Thank you!”

Good old-fashioned American camping experience down to the ghost stories, campfires, and yard games. “For a budget friendly hotel, I was impressed!! Front staff was helpful and kind. Room was slightly AC’d when we arrived which was nice after playing softball all day in the heat. Beds were pretty comfy, clean freshly laundered cozy linen. Breakfast was slim picking but none the less - it served its purpose. We’d definitely stay again! Right across the highway to the west is a HUGE fun water park. That’s a perk!”

“Booking here for our 10 year wedding anniversary was the best decision we have made since we got married. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, super friendly and fun!! The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. The store has everything you need, the pool is the perfect temperature day and night, and every bathroom/bath house was clean and well stocked. Between the pickleball courts, corn hole boards, pool table, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool, we were never bored. The only problem we had was leaving to return to west Texas. We will return every chance we get.”

“Lynn treats us more lke family than customers. My husband and myself plus two adult children and spouse stayed a weekend. The Inn is beautifully, yet comfortably, decorated. Bedrooms are spacious as are adjoining baths. Lynn made a scrumptious apple blueberry crisp for us in addition to the healthy and yummy breakfast. We celebrated a friend's 50th birthday in the event venue on site. It was adorable and cozy We all love the Inn and strongly recommend!”

I read the comment about the mail... there is a dedicated security camera watching the mail to ensure no foul play. This is one of the nicer parks in the area with a new picnic area and onsite management with maintenance crew.”

From the beautiful decorations, to the loving basket of goodies, to the coffee selection, biscotti, eggs, bread, toiletries, etc. It was mind blowing how much thought went into making our stay exceptional.
