“Brought my Daughter and grandkids for a night. My grandparents had a cabin on Balsam Lake, so as a child I spent many summers here. Lodge is very pretty, our room was awesome. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant. Food was good. It was a bit slow coming out but we used the time to enjoy each other's company and play games instead of complaining. If more people looked at things that way and exhibited a bit more patience there would be no need for negative reviews. We had a great time here.”

“Very clean and well ran park. Lots of places to fish. You can get a day pass to visit during the day to fish and enjoy the property for $6 per person. I highly recommend going by as I usually do 2 - 3 a week to fish.”

“We stayed here 4 nights. All I can say is, it's an oasis. No one bothers you. You can opt for daily room service if you want but other than that, you pretty much have it to yourself. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have kayaks and paddle boats to go out on the water. Great sunset's every night. Large pool and hot tub. Perfect for a romantic getaway.”

“Fantastic views, but prepare for crowds. We hiked the trail to Balanced Rock, Devils Doorway, and Pothole trail. Wonderful views but a difficult hike for many people. The beach areas were well maintained and the lake of gorgeous. We arrived about noon on a Friday and several parking lots were full. I can't imagine what it would be like on a Saturday. The bathrooms at the beach area were acceptable, but needed cleaning. This park is definitely worth a visit, but I would avoid the weekends.”

Playground has swings, a slide and monkey bars and is in sand.. 2 shower houses that are clean but flood the entire bathroom floor, no ventilation. Paved roads throughout. Great sandy beaches for swimming but they are hard to get to. Beautiful views. Very quiet. Good fishing”

“Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms, decent prices, and all the amenities you'd need for a working visit to Santa Clara or San Jose - a bathroom, kitchenette, desk, plenty of power slots, etc. I found the ironing board and iron very useful for my dress-shirt and suit! You'd ideally want a car or scooter while staying here, as the location isn't hugely convenient - if you're relying on public transport, or want to stock up at a local grocery or convenience store, you'll be in for a bit of walking. It's not TOO bad, but very much worth keeping in mind.”

“Prosper pads owns these apartments as a management company and as such tries to make money. We have felt nothing but love from (Most) of our neighbors to the property manager and even got to speak with a few people higher up. I have nothing but great things to say, they fix our issues within hours most of the time, if upgrades were not needed we did not get them OR THE PRICE INCREASE that other units saw. Some renters are a bit crazy and vandalize the units thinking its their right or are simply too old to be living alone and expect management to act as hospice. As a young couple starting our life this place was great for us, now they have all new siding, roofs and pavement all throughout! 11/10 Rich is the man, thank you for all you and the team have done it will not be forgotten!”
