“It’s not the fanciest place I’ve stayed, but it sure ranked up there with customer satisfaction. My daughter and I stayed here on our trip to see wild horses. We were both blown away with the amenities of the lodge that we stayed in, the cleanliness and updated fashion of things. The bed was super comfy and that is a huge thing for me, I could spend a lot of time there and not have to worry about waking up with a stiff back. There were also free onsite canoes and kayaks that were available to use. The owner was easily reached and had quick responses to every question I had. Felt at home at this place, it seemed packed with rv’s as well. So they have to know it’s a good spot. Rates were very reasonable and even though it’s a rural area it doesn’t take long to get to places for food and entertainment. Come check it out, I would recommend it to all people!”

The room was immaculate the towels were soft the water pressure amazing the bed was comfortable. The pride and ownership is evident all around. It's got a catchy point country Style decor that you would expect to see in Lancaster. I searched all the reviews before spending the night I did have a little concern because there was dimensions of very thin walls there was no different than any other hotel or motel I've ever stayed in. So if you want a comfortable and extremely clean place to spend the night or a few days this is definitely a good option for you”

“Great place right off the highway! We stopped here for one night on our way from Michigan to Myrtle Beach and it met our needs! We stayed on the full hook ups up front so I can't comment on the bath house. Great views of Pilot Mountain! Owner was extremely helpful and friendly! The campground dogs were a treat as well!”

“This is a great spot in the middle of the Everglades. RV Sites come only with electricity. You can refill potable water and use the dump station at the entrance of the camp site. There are no showers, only toilets, and they were not very clean… The sites are spacious and situated around a nice little lake. No alligators at the time we were there, but there can be. At night we enjoyed the thunder lighting shows. Bring some insect repellent though. Would stay here again because of the absolute stunning location!”

“What a wonderful stay! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Ben was very kind and even dropped off some chocolate treats for us. Great location as you can walk to town for food and drinks and there are two great establishments right next door too. We would definitely return if in the area again! Highly recommend Indianhead supper club and Top spot sports bar in town. Both had great food and good service. We didn’t get a chance to go to Vivs, but everyone recommended it to us.”

“We had a wonderful time at Maple Springs Lake Side Inn! Paul was a great host! He was so helpful with places to see and very knowledgeable on the history of Chautauqua. We had wonderful delicious breakfasts from the blueberry scones, fruit, breakfast casserole with plenty of coffee and juice! You did not walk away hungry. The rooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable with the softest sheets I have ever felt. Saved the best for last Saturday night we had a bonfire on the beach then Sunday morning Paul took us on a boat ride and showed us the sites from the waterfront. Don't think any other Bed and Breakfast would do that! It was a real treat!”

“David is a wealth of information about farming and alpacas! He is so welcoming. Our kids got up close and personal with alpacas safely with David’s guidance. We rented three of the yurts with two other families and enjoyed this unique stay. One highlight was the hike down to the river, which took 20-30 minutes each way. Soaking our feet in the cold mountain water on a hot day felt divine. We brought things to grill on the communal BBQ and were appreciative of the showers after a day of farm smells on our bods. :) We loved Lila’s Cafe in Granite Falls for coffee, brunch, and ice cream.”

“Best boutique hotel I've ever stayed at! So very clean, quiet and safe. Location is just 7 minutes from Universal studios. Parking is free in it's own covered garage next to my bungalow (fit a suburban), with the gate closing at midnight for security. Service was exceptional by all staff involved. Will be my go to the next time in the area. Muffins and oatmeal for breakfast every morning. Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate are available as well. Walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed staying here!!! We invited my nephew to come with us, and he felt like he was in haven!!! We gave him the upstairs bedroom, it had a spacious bathroom and sitting area, he thought it was so cool!!! The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are really spacious!!! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit!!! We also enjoyed our patio, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening!!! Yeah Buddy!!! P.s. you'll enjoy seeing a lot of raindeers in the area!!!”

“I honestly have nothing but great things to say about this campground! One of my favorite things about this campground was the location of the pool and the view that it offers. It sits on top of a hill and the view of the mountains in the background are truly amazing. The only thing I would say if you are visiting is to do a tour of the sites if you just want power and water. Those sites sit on the top of the property and some seemed to be small. I can’t believe I haven’t heard of this place before but it will be our first choice in the future. The price was very reasonable compared to other campgrounds. We stayed 3 nights and are already looking forward to our next booking and even considering doing a seasonal site. The price for that was extremely reasonable compared to what I heard other people are paying. With a small deposit, you can even store your camper over the winter there. Well done Frosty Acres, well done.”

“I was on a solo trip and stayed 2 nights at the Trailborn for my Rocky Mountain National Park Hike. The place seems recently renovated and felt gen z in a good way. There were details in the room that were greatly appreciated for my hike. There was a trail guide book in the room that led to me changing my mind on which hike I went on. The people behind the desk were super kind and friendly, one even let me use the staff microwave for my dinner. The room was clean and I enjoyed the apothecary quality toiletries in the bathroom.”

Every time we stay here, there is more in the area, and the staff is and has always been friendly and attentive.
