James P Amon Biodiversity Reserve

Address: Deercreek Dr, Fairborn, OH 45324, USA

“This is both a marsh and a prairie. The prairie has well kept walking paths, but the wood next to the marsh has a walking path that could use some work. However, it is a very quiet and isolated area for a nice hike. The numerous tree swallows are a delight and there are many wildflowers. A boardwalk to the marsh would really be a nice addition.”

Inlisting US military, Blackman opportunities, ring the chains of bondage in a fight for the civil rights many signed up and joined, and then they were able to bring their families as well to live, get jobs as well as a education. THE HIKE IS GOOD,so is the history. I WOULD RECOMMEND”

Lee County Parks & Recreation

Address: 2303 Tramway Rd, Sanford, NC 27332, USA

Park

“Loved being involved with Lee County Parks and Rec. since I was a child. Now my child doesn't share all the same interests BUT IT'S A WONDERFUL WAY TO MAKE THOSE MEMORIES. The children meet kids that aren't always in the same school or grade. Most every coach I have encountered was great. The facilities are much better than when I was a kid. I was too. lol IT'S reasonably priced. IT'S great for your kids to make new friends ( some I knew as a child are there with their children) it fun to chat. The kids get to know teamwork, burn those calories, do healthy, fun, safe and supervised activities. The prices are reasonable even if you live out of county. I would definately recommend getting your child into whatever and however many activities as possible. I love watch practices, recitals, or games. It's ALL good clean fun.”

Forest Glen Neighborhood Park

Address: 5911 Forest Dr SE, Bellevue, WA 98006, USA

Park

“This neighborhood pocket park is pretty good. Only a handful of parking spaces, but if you live nearby there are sidewalks to lead you here so you can leave the car at home. A single picnic table under a tree is located maybe a dozen steps from the parking lot. Nice picnic spot. Then to reach the playground or basketball court there are steps, as this main part of the park is below the road-grade level. The playground is well maintained and good for kids from about 3 to 9 years of age. There is a bench to sit on while you watch over the kiddies or to take a rest. The sports court is fine, not usually too busy during the weekday. For me, the best thing about this park is that if you walk down the hill a little ways, away from the park, and you go across the road, there is a wonderful woodland trail just there. It is truly the forest glen, complete with tiny stream and huge trees. So it is all quite nice!”
