“This is our first year at the campground and we absolutely love it! The grounds are clean and well maintained. There are activities planned each weekend if you desire to participate or just soak up a restful retreat at your campsite! Lord willing, we will be looking forward to enjoying many years at our little home away from home at Pine Cove Campground!”

“This lovely PUBLIC beach is still open! We own a home in the area, and have been coming here for years, even as the home owners nearby have fought tirelessly to keep other residents from enjoying this public beach. Unfortunately, it is only opened Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in efforts to curtail its use - perhaps these restrictions were initially to keep out weekenders, but have also kept residents from enjoying it. There is no longer parking, another tactic to keep us out, but the beach is so lovely that it is worth an Uber fare. Continue to come and let the county know that this is a PUBLIC beach and should stay one.”

“Great location to visit and explore our nations past history. Also a great location for a nature walk around the paved walking track. Very scenic and beautiful sittings. Rounding hills, blue grass pastures and yes very old buildings to explore. Simply a very relaxing location that needs more people to come check it out.”

“First trip here we were sold and going to try and get on the waiting list to get an annual spot. Owner and staff super nice and place is well maintained. The weekend were there was really slow but I get the feel it's a family place. Good river access from most spots. Boat ramp also available on site. 5 - 10 minute boat ride from Hamm Creek Park so you could have people there and shuttle between the two. Highly recommend. Locked gate access and you must call if your not an annual user to see the property. On site RV and boat storage if you are a annual user and want to store your equipment there. Adding to my first review. We went back for Memorial Day weekend to tent camp this time. First the staff was super nice and helpful again. Can't say enough good things about them. The tent spots were large enough for several tents with plenty of shade. There were clean restrooms provided, no showers. Good amount of firewood delivered to your campsite for 30$. Highly recommend this place.”

“Get out of the house and into the outdoors. Enjoy the flowers blooming alone the many trails of the park system. Whether paved, gravel, or dirt, they all have something unique to offer. Whatever ability, there's a trail for you. Be sure to look at your surroundings; the park system has done a great job recreating native landscapes. and planting indigenous plants to attract the wildlife.”

“Very Beautiful. Its a must see and the staff explains everything very well, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. The cafe inside the building has many good options and great prices. I really enjoyed it. The only thing I missed was some informational brochure or pamphlet with the botanical wonders they have inside, this could add additional/ helpful/ interesting information to the visit. Here are some pictures, everyone.”

“Great park and splash pad combination. Plenty of free parking and green space as well as a trail for hiking. The splash pad has seating all around with covers as well as a retaining wall and steps to sit. The park has three different structures for different age groups with a gazebo available for party rental. The only down side is the prevalence of bees 🐝 at the park. Will definitely go back.”

“Gate personnel are always friendly and helpful with information needed! The maintenance people are doing an amazing job getting set up for season, clearing the grounds, and stocking the firewood. Thankful to interact with such professional staff before season. Will be glad to return for more camping adventures once it's warmer, and get to enjoy the beautiful lake! Swimming area is clearly outlined, as well as their posted rules for doing so! Park is small child friendly for those with little bittys, and is located close to a restroom for use during season! Public picnic area with multiple sites of tables, grills, and trash cans located close to the lake for accessibility to all lake goers. Dumpster provided for trash - not for leftovers from hunting and fishing (please be kind to the staff requests, as they do it all for our continued enjoyment!) Rustic cabins located close to the bath house, and large lodges with plumbing for just a bit extra! Wonderful for camping when primitive is not your style.”

“I am the Great Granddaughter of William A Beeman, who was the lighthouse keeper in the late 1800s on the Farallon Island He and his wife, Whilimena Beeman, were very special people in our lives. I know all about their son, Royal, whom they had to row a small boat to San Francisco in hopes of saving his life. Their daughter Virginia was my grandmother, who also lived on the island as a little girl. I always heard wonderful story's about her childhood.”

“Good collection of trails among the trees and creek. Unfortunately a lot of trash and abandoned campsites- primitive trails have way more trash. Turtles and waterfowl abundant along the creek. Can see Mt. Tahoma on a clear day. Free parking near the gate. Free dog bags and trashcan just inside fence near climbing rock.”

“Boardwalk is nice, the walk along the river has a rather unspoilt natural feel to it. Great place to explore on bike as well. A few spots have access to the river too, although not sure if it is safe to get into water”

“We had never been here before but since it was close to our Happy Valley area Hotel, we decided to give it a try. Not too difficult and probably just about the right length(well too long for my wife!)for our 60+ year old legs. We did a combination of two trails, the Hawk and Desert trails. Nice scenery and pretty well maintained. Nice trail head rest area as well.”

“I am so glad this little park is here. It used to be where my kids’ great grandmother’s home was. She would be so pleased to know children have a park to play at where her home once was. She was an Angel. I miss her and her daughter dearly.”

“This is a beautiful park with an extensive amount of things to do, We spent 4 days here and still didn't get around to seeing/doing everything. Of course the dinosaur tracks make for the main attraction, and the dinosaurs were especially amazing for my dinosaur-loving toddler. The Blue Hole was great for swimming, and there was a beach area to set up on. Swimming at Rock Beach was fun too, and the sandy beach area was perfect for relaxing. The river bed was pretty mucky, though, making it less appealing for swimming. There are miles of trails for exploring, with varying difficulty levels. A lot of these trails are shaded, too, which is great during the hotter part of the day. Campsites were roomy and well kept. We stayed at campsite 20, which backed up to trails leading to Rock Beach and river access. Bathrooms and showers were quite nice.”

Address: 1905 S Old Nogales Hwy, Sahuarita, AZ 85629, USA
“This is a probably the best park in the Sajuarita area. There is a permanent corn whole setup with a synthetic grass playing area, a great climbing and sliding play ground with many cool obstacles. There is also an all sand beach style volley ball court, a basketball court, pickle ball and tennis courts and a dual sided dog park. The dog park is split into two sides for large and small dog separation. The park is always in pristine condition and the play area is covered for all day play temperatures.”

“This was our 1st time visiting Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park and it was the perfect family vacation for our 10 month old and 4 yr old! We enjoyed the Waterpark and activities the most. Having the on-site restaurant was nice and convenient. The gift shop had reasonably priced souvenirs and Zack was definitely the friendliest staff on site! We stayed in a lodge room, and it wasn't bad! My only complaint is that the walls are thin and the picnic benches out front weren't usable, completely worn down, it's not safe to sit on them! Jesus Christ please replace them management.”

“This park is like nothing I've ever seen before. There are tons of tree surrounding the park and so much room. The roads spread to many different sections of the park that feel like their own little neighborhoods. They also have a ton of amenities like their dog park and workout room.”

“Had an egg hunt here for Easter and it was a blast. In over 3 hours, just three other people passed through to or from the adjacent Interurban Trail and didn't mind our mayhem. The dogs ran around freely (and safely) and the kids found all 120 eggs! Some old needle caps were around but overall, the small wooded area at the end of the dead-end road was quite clean - thanks to the neighborhood folk, I'm sure.”

“It is a beautiful place to just get into nature! There are multiple trails for different experience levels and neat spots where you can learn about the trees and many other things. There are also quite a few benches throughout. It's definitely my new favorite place to go for hikes! Can't wait to take my kids, they are going to love it!”

“Went to this park today, as I had gone in the past. And I had a pleasant experience at the park. To start, there's a lot of open space and tables nearby, so there's room to do other activities. Then the playground is very fun, it includes some high slides, a zipline, some obstacles courses, and other equipment. I recommend coming here, great place for your children.”
